Limitation of AI Assistant
When you click New Chat your entire chat history and current session state (such as cart contents) will be permanently lost.
Other limitations include:

Permissions and Access Control
Not all users may have permission to place orders through the AI Assistant.
To place imagery orders, your user role must have the required privileges. If you do not see order buttons or receive restricted responses, contact your system administrator.
Language and Accessibility
- The AI Assistant currently supports English only.
- It is designed for keyboard interaction and screen-reader compatibility but does not support voice input.
Troubleshooting
What if I don’t see any image results?
- Check if the sensor, cloud coverage, or incidence angle values too restrictive?
- Verify if your WKT format valid?
- Check if the date range correct and within the vendor's archive availability?
Try relaxing the filters or adjusting the AOI.
What happens if I click "New Chat" by mistake?
Clicking New Chat clears the session. All current progress, such as cart selections, will be lost. You must re-enter your request.
How do I enter WKT format for my AOI?
